Q: How can I stay in the loop about upcoming releases?
The best way to stay in the loop about upcoming releases is by joining my mailing list. I always announce releases first to my VIP List subscribers, and they also get early access to new releases before the public release date! Sign up for the mailing list at the bottom of this page (no spam and I don't share info with third parties, ever).

Q: Do you offer custom sizing?
A: No - this allows me to keep things affordable and accessible for everyone. All garments are based on a standard US adult size chart, which is provided in the last photo on each product's page.
Please note: Different products/styles have different size charts - please always double check the size chart for each item with your measurements to ensure it will fit before ordering.
Please refer to the size chart to find your best fit and also keep in mind I work with a lot of stretchy fabrics.

Q: Can you make this item in children's/juniors sizes?
A: No, all items are adult sizing only. I do not do children/teens apparel.
Q. Do you do customs?
A: No. I stopped accepting custom commissions years ago as they are not sustainable for my business. That said, if you have requests for certain colors/cuts/sizes you'd like to see in future releases, please feel free to share your wish list with me via the Contact page. I always take outside feedback into consideration when planning releases and will do my best to fill your request!
Q. Do you do alterations/mending/repairs? Can you hem my wedding gown or patch this hole in the crotch of my fave pants?
A: No. I generally do not work on existing garments made by others and also it requires a different set of skills that are not in my wheelhouse. An easy and budget-friendly option is to visit your local dry cleaner or seamstress for this type of service.
Q. I really want a one-of-a-kind item in your store, but it's sold out/not available in my size. A. One-of-a-kind items are exactly that: one-of-a-kind, meaning it's the only one in the world that exists and exact duplicates will not be made. However, I am happy to create a very similar style in your size (subject to stock availability). Please get in touch via the Contact page with your request and make sure to include: your contact info, size (according to the product's size chart), any details I should know, and also let me know if you need it by a certain date.
Q: I sent you a DM on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok and haven't heard back.
A: Please use the Contact page to get in touch with me if you have questions - social media is not a reliable way to reach me.
I respond to all inquiries received through the Contact page within 1 business day (excluding holidays), unless the answer is already available on the FAQ or policies pages of this site.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Please refer to the Shipping & Returns Policies page for current creation and shipping times.
Creation time refers to the time it takes me to make your item, pack it, and ship it. It does not include the time spent in transit after your package is picked up by USPS.
Tracking numbers are provided for every order.
Upgraded shipping is available if you need an order quickly.
I strongly recommend contacting me before ordering if you need your item by a certain date so I can confirm it will arrive on time.
Q: I still haven't received my package and think it might be lost/stolen.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly ASAP with your tracking number to file a claim.
Unfortunately, I do not have any control over the package's whereabouts once it's in the possession of the shipping carrier.
All orders include insurance up to $100 for packages shipped with USPS Ground Advantage/First Class, USPS Priority/Express, and USPS Priority International. If you would like additional insurance for orders valued over $100, get in touch via the contact page.
Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: Yes, but please be advised that additional import/customs charges (VAT, duty) are the customer's responsibility. Siena Moon Design does not cover these additional fees charged by your destination country.
All Siena Moon Design products are sourced, designed, and handmade in the USA.
International customers may refer to the table below to determine the de minimis Duty/VAT threshold for imported goods in your country.

Q. The made-to-order item I want says it's sold out. Will you be making more?
A: Please contact me if you are looking for a style in a particular size and I will let you know if/when that style will be restocked.
Q: How do I clean/disinfect my costume?
To Disinfect:
- Immediately after wearing, turn costume inside out & spray liberally with a 50/50 mix of H20 & alcohol to kill bacteria/odors.
- Hang to dry in a well-ventilated area.
- You should be able to get several wears out of the costume this way before needing to do a wash (unless heavily soiled).
To Clean:
- Turn inside out and hand wash cold with gentle detergent using as little friction as possible.
- Hang to air dry in a well-ventilated area
- Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or put in the dryer
- Do not use stain removers or fabric softener
- Other things to avoid: salt water, chlorine, sunscreen, oily lotions, bug sprays, perfume/cologne.
- Keep chemicals off the shiny fabrics and they will last much longer!
