Q: How do I order from you?
A:  I release limited-run collections regularly, which allows me to have creative freedom over my work and prevents me from burning out from making the same thing over and over.   My items are not mass produced, which is what makes them special.   

I announce all new releases on my socials (IG and Facebook) and mailing list - sign up at the bottom of this page to stay in the loop!

Q.  I really want a OOAK item you just released, but I don't get paid til Friday.  Can you hold it for me til then?
A.  No, sorry.  To keep things fair for everyone, all items are first come, first serve and I do not accept holds.
 
Q: Do you offer custom sizing?
A:  No - this allows me to keep things affordable and accessible for everyone. 
Please refer to the size chart to find your best fit for garments and also keep in mind I work with a lot of stretchy fabrics. 
All accessories are one size fits all and I do not make children's costumes.

Q.  Do you still do custom designs?
A:  No - I stopped taking on customs in 2023 because they are very time-consuming, expensive, and sadly unsustainable for my tiny business in its current state.  I have shifted my focus to making my designs more accessible/affordable via small batch releases that are either limited-run or one-of-a-kind, so it's like you're getting a custom garment at a fraction of the cost of a true custom.

Q.  Do you do alterations/repairs?
No.  An easy and cost-effective option is to visit your local dry cleaner or seamstress for this type of service.

Q: I wrote you a DM on Instagram/Facebook and haven't heard back.
A:   Please use the Contact page to get in touch with me if you have questions - social media is not a proper way to reach me. 
I will respond to all inquiries received through the Contact page within 24 hours M-F, unless the answer is already written on the FAQ or policies pages of this site.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A:  Please refer to the Shipping & Returns Policies page for creation and shipping times.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A:  Not at this time, sorry!

Q.  The item I want says it's sold out.   Will you be making more?
A:  All of my items are either one-of-a-kind - meaning I make just one, or limited-run, meaning I make a very small quantity - usually 5 or less.   Once they're gone, they're gone! This allows me to keep releasing new designs so my inventory stays fresh and my customers have truly unique and special items to wear for their performances. I will always note whether a product is OOAK or limited run in its description on the product page.  If all of the items on the site say they're sold out, that means I'm busy working on a new collection.  I will announce updates on new releases on my socials (IG, Facebook) and email list (sign up below to stay in the loop).

Q:  How do I clean/disinfect my costume?

To Disinfect:  
- Immediately after wearing, turn costume inside out & spray liberally with a 50/50 mix of H20 & alcohol to kill bacteria/odors.
- Hang to dry in a well-ventilated area.
- You should be able to get several wears out of the costume this way before needing to do a wash (unless heavily soiled).

To Clean:
- Turn inside out and hand wash cold with gentle detergent using as little friction as possible.  
- Hang to air dry in a well-ventilated area
- Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or put in the dryer
- Do not use stain removers or fabric softener
- Other things to avoid:  salt water, chlorine, sunscreen, oily lotions, bug sprays, perfume/cologne.  
- Keep chemicals off the shiny fabrics and they will last much longer!
